Mark Howard a black man who was wrongfully convicted under the Illinois Act Accountability of Theory and sentenced to 26 years in a Illinois State Prison. Mr. Howard needs your support and help to get exonerated. The more supporters and followers the Governor will listen. Systemic Racism is real and there are a lot of black and brown men who are incarcerated for being anything other than white. Mostly black men suffer. Illinois needs to re-access the Accountability of Theory Act. Mark Howard needs to be released.
