Clarence Williams III born on January 24, 1975, and locked down since the age of 23. All black men are not murders, and this man's life has been spent inside an Illinois Prison for 22 years, Lock up under the Accountability of Theory Act, an act that needs to be reassessed.  Systemic Racism played a big part in his sentencing without DNA evidence.  He needs to be released and the fight is real.
